Hello! My name is Laurence and I'm a Part IIA from Trinity. I serve as CUCES' Treasurer for the '11/12 term, and am responsible for keeping our wonderful society "in the red", which our (p)resident cricket aficionado assures us is a good thing! ChemEng is all about being wooed by the Majors, and CUCES offers a fantastic array of ways to mingle with recruiters from the world's top companies. I hope as many of you as possible get involved in the events! As for myself, I believe this excerpt from a supervision report by the venerable, and crazy, Dr Hunt (I hope for your sake, ex-Engineers, that you had this legend!) offers an appropriate summing-up: "Between blind dates, jail breaks and polo Laurence manages to keep up to date and to stay reasonably on top of his work.

This is a fantastic day out where chemical engineers from all round the country meet up for a day of sports and a massive night out.
